"SURVIVOR" AUDIENCE GROWS OVER PREVIOUS SPRING AND FALL EDITIONS
Up in Viewers, Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 Versus Last Spring
Increases Viewership From This Season's Fall Edition
Last night's two-hour premiere of SURVIVOR posted growth in viewers, adults 18-49 and adults 18-34 from last spring's edition and growth in viewers from this fall, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Wednesday, Feb.26.
From 8:00-10:00 PM, the season premiere of SURVIVOR was second in households (6.0/09), viewers (9.78m), adults 25-54 (3.3/08), adults 18-49 (2.5/07, -0.1 behind FOX) and adults 18-34 (1.4/05). Compared to last February's season premiere (on Feb. 13, 2013), SURVIVOR was up +4% in adults 18-49 (from 2.4/07), +27% in adults 18-34 (from 1.1/04) added +840,000 viewers (from 8.94m, +9%). Compared to the Sept. 18, 2013 first fall episode, SURVIVOR added +50,000 viewers (from 9.73m). This is the closest SURVIVOR has been to "American Idol Wednesday" in both viewers and adults 18-49.
At 10:00 PM, CRIMINAL MINDS was first in viewers (9.50m), adults 25-54 (3.1/08) and adults 18-49 (2.3/07).
