In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday night:
· "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" generated night-to-night gains , averaging a 3.8 rating, 9 share in household results from the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research, up 9% versus the prior night's 3.5/9. Friday's "Tonight" is up 31% versus "Tonight's" non-Olympic season average (3.8 vs. 2.9, L+SD prior to this week). "Tonight" out-rated CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman" (2.7/6) and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (2.2/5 with an encore).
· At 12:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" equaled its highest rating since Monday's premiere, averaging a 2.2 rating, 7 share in household results from the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research, best since the 2.6/9 for the show's Feb. 24 debut. The Friday "Late Night" delivered a night-to-night gain of 29% versus Thursday's 1.7/6 and was also up 38% versus "Late Night's" season average (2.2 vs. 1.6, L+SD prior to this week).
· Excluding the final Jimmy Fallon "Late Night" on Feb. 7, last night's 2.2 matches the top rating for a Friday "Late Night" in metered-market households in four years (since Feb. 12, 2010, the night of the Vancouver Olympics Opening Ceremony, 2.5).
· "Late Night" retained 58% of Friday night's lead-in from "The Tonight Show" (2.2 vs. 3.8), matching the 58% of its premiere Monday telecast (2.6 vs. 4.5) as the best "Late Night" retention of "Tonight" to date.
· "Late Night's" 2.2/7 topped the time-slot competition of ABC's "Nightline" (1.3/4 for the first half-hour of the time period) and CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4 for the full hour).
· "Fast official" ratings for "Tonight" and "Late Night" are expected later today.
· Friday's "Tonight Show" featured Cameron Diaz, Ralph Fiennes and Mario Batali and Monday's telecast is scheduled to include Tina Fey, Randy Newman and musical guest Randy Newman.
· Friday's "Late Night" featured Ian McKellen & Patrick Stewart, Sophia Bush and comedian Michael Che and Monday's edition is scheduled to include Brian Williams, Naomi Campbell and musical guest The Hold Steady.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.6/7; "Late Show," 0.5/2 and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.5/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (2.2/7 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.9/5 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
