"LIVE with Kelly and Michael" (3/3/14)

On Monday, March 3, 2014, the 3rd annual post-Oscars(R) broadcast of "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" scored an impressive 4.9/14 in Households and 2.5/14 in Women 25-54 in the U.S. Metered Markets, marking the show's highest-rated telecast on any day since the final broadcast of "Live with Regis and Kelly" more than 2 years ago - since 11/18/11.

In addition, Monday's "LIVE's After Oscars(R) Show" was up over the prior year's show by 26% in Households and by 25% in Women 25-54 (3.9/13 and 2.0/14 on 2/25/13) to deliver its highest-rated post-Oscars(R) broadcast yet.

· On Monday, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was the No. 1 syndicated talk show in Homes (4.9/14), beating "Ellen's Live Oscar Show" (4.8/11) and "Dr. Phil" (3.3/8), despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels.

· "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked No. 1 in its time period in each of the Top 5 U.S. markets (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas) in both Households and Women 25-54.
