NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF MARCH 10 - MARCH 16, 2014

FOX's week was highlighted by strong performances by AMERICAN IDOL XIII, COSMOS: A SPACETIME ODYSSEY, the Sunday Night animated line-up and HELL'S KITCHEN premiere. For the week, FOX ranked No. 2 among Adults 18-34 and No. 4 among Adults 18-49.

Overall, FOX had:

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 12), FAMILY GUY (No. 16) and AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 19).

· 7 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: FAMILY GUY (No. 4), THE SIMPSONS (No. 11), COSMOS (No. 13), AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 15), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 17), AMERICAN DAD-7:30p (No. 19 tie) and NEW GIRL (No. 19 tie).

· 6 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 6), FAMILY GUY (No. 7), AMERICAN IDOL Thurs. (No. 10), THE SIMPSONS (No. 13), HELL'S KITCHEN (No. 19 tie) and COSMOS (No. 19 tie).

· 1 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: AMERICAN IDOL Wed. (No. 12).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: FOX ranked No. 3 (tie-CBS) in Monday prime among Adults 18-49 (1.6/5). In its return to Monday, BONES posted a 1.7/5 and was up two-tenths versus the time period a week ago. BONES (1.7/5) also gained one-tenth from its most recent original delivery on Friday (1.6/6, 1/31/14). THE FOLLOWING delivered a 1.5/4 in Adults 18-49.

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 4 (tie-Univision) in prime among Adults 18-49 (1.1/3). GLEE averaged a 0.9/3 while NEW GIRL scored a 1.3/4 and BROOLYN NINE-NINE delivered a 1.2/3.

Wednesday: FOX (2.4/8) edged out CBS (2.3/7) to be the No. 1 broadcast prime net for the night among Adults 18-49. With the Top 11 performing, AMERICAN IDOL- WED averaged a 2.4/8 for the two hours.

Thursday: FOX (2.1/7) ranked as the No. 2 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49 with the HELL'S KITCHEN season premiere (2.0/7) and AMERICAN IDOL-THURS (2.2/6). The season opener of HELL'S KITCHEN delivered a 2.0/7 in Adults 18-49. Moving to 9p, AMERICAN IDOL-THURS (2.2/6) remained flat with last week's performance.

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 in prime (0.5/2). The time period premiere of RAKE posted a 0.5/2 among Adults 18-49. At 9p, ENLISTED delivered a 0.6/2 in Adults 18-49 while RAISING HOPE delivered a 0.5/2 at 9:30p.

Saturday: FOX ranked No. 4 (tie-CBS) in Saturday prime (0.4/1), with an encore special of the COSMOS series premiere (0.4/2) followed by an encore of THE FOLLOWING (0.3/1).

Sunday: FOX was the No. 2 broadcast prime net among Adults 18-49 with animated comedies from 7-9p and COSMOS (1.8/5). Ranking No. 2 in the 9pm hour behind ABC's RESURRECTION (3.1/8), week two of COSMOS scored a 2.0/5. Each of the 7-9p comedies posted increases versus last week's deliveries in the time period: BOB'S BURGERS (+22%, 1.1/4), AMERICAN DAD tpp (+17%, 1.4/4), THE SIMPSONS (+19%, 1.9/5) and FAMILY GUY (+5%, 2.3/6).
