Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: Special "Got Talent" Spoils Premiere of "Rising Star"

Here are the highlights of the 14 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (6/22/14):

NBC (5.352 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.4, #1) claimed the top spot on Sunday thanks to a rebroadcast of "American Ninja Warrior" (2.705 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.7, #8) followed by a new two-hour "America's Got Talent" (7.998 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.1, #1).

ABC (4.269 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then was a close second with the respective two-hour premieres of "Wipeout" (3.517 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.0, #6) and "Rising Star" (5.022 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2).

Next up was FOX (1.877 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3) with the departing "Enlisted" (0.941 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #14) alongside repeats of "American Dad" (1.014 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), "The Simpsons" (2.069 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.9, #7), another "The Simpsons" (2.410 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.2, #4), "Family Guy" (2.559 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.3, #3) and "American Dad" (2.266 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.1, #5).

And finally, CBS (4.235 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) closed out the evening with its all-repeat lineup of "60 Minutes" (6.532 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9), "Elementary" (3.285 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.3, #13), "The Good Wife" (3.061 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11) and "The Mentalist" (4.060 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).

ABC (4.046 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1) shared top demo honors on Sunday thanks to a repeat of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (4.842 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T7), the return of "Celebrity Wife Swap" (4.438 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3), the premiere of "Whodunnit?" (4.039 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3) and a rebroacast of "Castle" (2.864 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T12).

FOX (2.476 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T1) then shared the gold despite an all-repeat lineup of "The Cleveland Show" (1.445 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T14), "American Dad" (1.715 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T9), "The Simpsons" (2.605 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T5), "Bob's Burgers" (2.538 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T5), "Family Guy" (3.319 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) and "American Dad" (3.237 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2).

Next up was NBC (4.161 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) with an encore of "America's Got Talent" (3.952 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T9) followed by the premiere of "Crossing Lines" (4.425 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T12) and a second hour of "Crossing Lines" (4.317 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T9).

And finally, CBS (4.900 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) closed out the evening with encores of "60 Minutes" (8.229 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T7), "Elementary" (4.181 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #16), "The Good Wife" (3.361 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #17) and "The Mentalist" (3.831 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T14).
