HALLMARK CHANNEL'S ORIGINAL SATURDAY NIGHT PROGRAMMING IN PRIMETIME LEADS IN LIVE + 3 RATINGS
EPISODE 2004 OF SCRIPTED SERIES, CEDAR COVE, AND ORIGINAL MOVIE, STRANDED IN PARADISE, MAKE HALLMARK CHANNEL THE #1 GENERAL ENTERTAINMENT NET ON CABLE WITH THREE DAYS OF TIME-SHIFTED VIEWING
Hallmark Channel's original programming continues to capture viewers' hearts days after it premieres, with the August 9th debut of episode 2004 of scripted series, Cedar Cove, reaching 2.3 million viewers and making Hallmark Channel the #1 general entertainment network on cable, behind only the NFL Network, for the Saturday, 8-9pm time period with 3 days of time shifted viewing. Additionally, the program's live+3 rating grew 23% over its Live+Same Day performance. Overall, the first four episodes of season 2 are averaging 2.4 million total viewers within 3 days of the premieres.
Immediately following Cedar Cove from 9-11p, the network's original movie, Stranded in Paradise, delivered more than 2.2 million total viewers and also made Hallmark Channel #1 on cable, with the exception of the NFL Network, for the time period with three days of time shifted viewing. The movie's Live+3 rating also jumped 10% over Live/Same Day.
