CBS scored its second straight weekly win in viewers to begin the new season, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending Oct. 5.
CBS had six of the top 10 programs of the week in viewers (more than all the other networks combined) and 13 of the top 20, including the Network's impressive freshman dramas NCIS: NEW ORLEANS (#3), SCORPION (#9) and MADAM SECRETARY (#14).
Through the first two weeks of the season, NCIS: NEW ORLEANS and SCORPION rank as the season's top two new programs, while MADAM SECRETARY ranks as the season's #4 new series, growing in its third broadcast. STALKER premiered this week first in its time period in viewers and key demographics.

· SCORPION averaged 13.36 million viewers, 4.1/10 in adults 25-54 and 3.1/08 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week's series premiere, SCORPION retained 97% of both its adults 18-49 and viewer deliveries.
NCIS: NEW ORLEANS
· NCIS: NEW ORLEANS was first in viewers (16.57m) and was second in both adults 25-54 (3.4/09) and adults 18-49 (2.3/07). Compared to last week's series premiere, NCIS: NEW ORLEANS retained 92% of adults 18-49 and 96% of viewers.
STALKER
· STALKER (P) was first in viewers (9.05m), adults 25-54 (2.9/08) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06) with its series premiere.
MADAM SECRETARY
· MADAM SECRETARY (8:30-9:30 PM) averaged 12.20m, 2.6/06 in adults 25-54 and 1.6/04 in adults 18-49. Compared to last week, MADAM SECRETARY was up +13% in adults 25-54 (from 2.3/06) and +14% in adults 18-49 (from 1.4/04).
THE BIG BANG THEORY
· THE BIG BANG THEORY (P) (8:00-8:31 PM) was first in viewers (16.38m), adults 25-54 (6.2/17) and adults 18-49 (4.8/15) and was the week's top scripted program in adults 18-49.
NCIS
· NCIS was first in viewers (18.84m) and second in both adults 25-54 (3.9/11) and adults 18-49 (2.6/09).
CRIMINAL MINDS
· The season premiere of CRIMINAL MINDS (P) was first in viewers (11.65m) and adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and was second in adults 18-49 (2.7/08). Compared to last year's season premiere (on Sept. 25), CRIMINAL MINDS was up +3% in adults 25-54 (from 3.7/09) and added +380,000 viewers (from 11.27m, +3%).
THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
· THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL (8:26-11:10 PM) delivered a 9.8/17 with 16.54m viewers, 6.4/18 in adults 25-54, 5.9/19 in adults 18-49, 8.4/25 in men 25-54 and 7.7/25 in men 18-49.
