During 2014, for the first time in the network's history, ABC Family finished as the year's #1 cable TV network in Prime in Women 18-34 (250,000/0.7 rating), notched its highest annual Prime rank on record in Adults 18-34 (#6 - 350,000/0.5 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (#6 - 509,000/0.6 rating), and ranked among the Top 2 cable TV networks for the 3rd year in a row in Females 12-34 (#2 - 366,000/0.8 rating).

Additionally, the network placed among the year's Top 5 cable TV networks for the 6th-consecutive year in Women 18-49 (#4 - 401,000/0.6 rating) and among the Top 10 for the 5th time in the previous 6 years in Adults 18-49 (585,000/0.5 rating).

· In what was easily the most competitive year for cable TV original series, "Pretty Little Liars," still ABC Family's #1 series on record, wrapped as the year's #2 cable TV series in Females 12-34 (2.1 million/4.5 rating) and ranked among basic cable TV's Top 5 scripted series in Adults 18-34 (#5 - 1.5 million/2.3 rating), Women 18-34 (#3 - 1.3 million/3.9 rating), Women 18-49 (#4 - 1.7 million/2.7 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (#4 - 2.4 million/2.6 rating).

· A hit across social media outlets, "Pretty Little Liars" accounts for the Top 5 most tweeted scripted TV series telecasts of all time - including the Top 2 of the year - and 6 of the Top 7 overall. Moreover, with at least 3.8 million people seeing at least one Tweet per each new episode, "Pretty Little Liars" was the year's #2 scripted TV series on Twitter.

· On Instagram, launching at the top of May 2014, "Pretty Little Liars" fast became the #1 most followed scripted show with over 1.5 million followers, easily topping #2 "Orange Is the New Black" (1.0 million) and "The Walking Dead" (1.0 million). "Pretty Little Liars" is also the #1 show on Pinterest.

· Including its "25 Days of Christmas 2014" special, "Pretty Little Liars" extended its streak as Tuesday's #1 cable TV telecast at 8 o'clock to 108-consecutive original telecasts in Females 12-34 - every telecast since its June 2010 series debut - 60th in Adults 18-34, 66th in Women 18-34 and 71st in Viewers 12-34.

· Critically acclaimed "Chasing Life" won its Tuesday 9 o'clock cable TV time period during its freshman season in Women 18-34 (594,000/1.8 rating), Viewers 12-34 (1.0 million/1.1 rating) and Females 12-34 (905,000/2.0 rating).

Powered by its near record-setting 17th annual "25 days of Christmas," ABC Family was gifted with its #1 month in Prime in the network's history in Adults 18-49 (1.2 million/1.0 rating) and Women 18-49 (769,000/1.2 rating), its #2 month on record in Adults 18-34 (643,000/0.9 rating), Women 18-34 (428,000/1.3 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (905,000/1.0 rating),) and #3 month of all time in Total Viewers (2.5 million) and Females 12-34 (592,000/1.3 rating).

· Competitively, ABC Family swept the month, ranking as the #1 network in Prime across target 18-34s, 18-49s and 12-34s and was the #1 entertainment cable TV network in Total Viewers (#2 overall behind ESPN's 3.3 million). This marked the network's 5th-consecutive year at #1 among Women 18-34, Women 18-49 and Females 12-34.

"25 Days of Christmas 2014"

In its 17th year, one of the year's most eventful happenings across all cable TV, ABC Family's "25 Days of Christmas," delivered the event's 2nd-best ratings on record in Adults 18-34 (630,000/0.9 rating), Women 18-34 (420,000/1.2 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.2 million/0.9 rating), Women 18-49 (744,000/1.2 rating) and Females 12-34 (584,000/1.3 rating), and generated its 3rd-biggest audience in Total Viewers (2.5 million) and Viewers 12-34 (892,000/1.0 rating), making ABC Family the #1 cable network in the daypart across the board.

On Facebook, the event's programming guide had 461,000 shares, becoming ABC Family's most shared post on record. Furthermore, the "25 Days of Christmas" Facebook page reached over 47 million unique people.

· Led by "Elf," ABC Family aired the Top 10 cable TV movies in Adults 18-34, the Top 8 movies in Adults 18-49 and the Top 17 movies in Viewers 12-34.

· Notably, during the week of December 8, ABC Family soared to record weekly highs in Prime in Adults 18-34 and Women 18-34 and to its #2 week of all time in Women 18-49, Viewers 12-34 and Females 12-34.

· Versus "25 Days 2013," this year's event posted across the board growth, including by 4% in Total Viewers (2.5 million vs. 2.4 million), by 8% in Adults 18-34 (630,000 vs. 582,000), by 20% in Adults 18-49 (1.2 million vs. 1.0 million) and by 12% in Viewers 12-34 (892,000 vs. 799,000).
