· "The Celebrity Apprentice" (1.7/5 in 18-49, 5.8 million viewers overall from 8-10 p.m. ET) tied for #1 among the Big 4 networks in the time period in 18-49 with ABC's "Bachelor" (1.7 each).
· Facing high-rated competition from college football's national championship, "The Celebrity Apprentice" retained 85% of last week's regular-slot debut rating in 18-49 (1.7 vs. 2.0) and held 90% of last week's regular-slot premiere in total viewers (5.817 million vs. 6.485 million).
· In total viewers, last night's "Celebrity Apprentice" beat all 12 telecasts of the prior cycle in the spring of 2013 and was up +15% versus the second telecast of the previous cycle (5.817 million vs. 5.038 million), despite last night's high-rated football competition.
· Facing high-rated competition from college football's national championship, "State of Affairs" (0.8/2 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) retained 80% of last week's rating in 18-49 (0.8 vs. 1.0) and 81% in total viewers (3.620 million vs. 4.472 million.
· "State of Affairs" will increase substantially in L+3 -- the week-ago telecast grew by +55% going from L+SD to L+3 (from a 1.02 to 1.58), the biggest percentage increase to date for the show. In total viewers, "State of Affairs grew by 2.3 million persons (from 4.5 million to 6.8 million)

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.4/6; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.7/4; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/4 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.3/1; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/2 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/1 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "The Talk After Dark" (0.9/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.4/3 in 18-49) topped " The Talk After Dark " (0.2/1).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
