USA NETWORK HIT SERIES "SUITS" REACHES SEASON HIGH IN KEY DEMOS
FIFTH SEASON OF ACCLAIMED ORIGINAL DRAMA SET TO PREMIERE THIS JUNE
NEW YORK - March 24, 2015 - Season 4.5 of the USA Network fan-favorite series SUITS ended on a high note. Not only are Mike Ross (Patrick J. Adams) and Rachel Zane (Meghan Markle) now happily engaged, the March 4 finale hit a season high in live +7 in the key demos P18-49 (1.6MM) and P25-54 (1.8MM), and drew 3.4MM total viewers according to Nielsen. Overall, the second half of the dynamic 4th season drew an additional 1.6MM video-on-demand transactions according to Rentrak, pushing SUITS to a combined total audience of 5MM.
In the season finale, Pearson Specter Litt has scored a hard-fought victory - enemies have been neutralized, and the SEC investigation has been put to rest. But the fight has left the firm shaken. Although she avoided jail time, Harvey's (Gabriel Macht) secretary Donna (Sarah Rafferty) has left him after more than a decade working together. Adding insult to injury, she's gone to work for Harvey's long-time rival Louis (Rick Hoffman), while Jessica (Gina Torres) acclimates to life without Jeff Malone (guest star, D.B. Woodside).
The series will soon go into production on a fifth season, scheduled to premiere this June. Fans can catch up on previous seasons on Amazon Prime and be immersed in all things SUITS at www.usanetwork.com/SUITS.
From Universal Cable Productions, SUITS was created and is executive produced by Aaron Korsh ("The Deep End").
