'GRIMM' EQUALS ITS TOP 18-49 RATING SINCE FEB. 6, TIES FOR THE 8-9 P.M. LEAD AMONG THE BIG 4 NETS

Friday Primetime Results:
· "Grimm" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 4.8 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET) captured its highest rating since March 20 (1.1) and equaled its highest rating since Feb. 6 (1.2 at 9 p.m.). "Grimm" is up week to week by +10% in adults 18-49 (1.1 vs. 1.0) and +6% in total viewers (4.797 million vs. 4.507 million).
· In the time period, "Grimm" tied for #1 among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49 and ranked #1 outright among those nets in women 18-49 (with a 1.3 rating).
· "Grimm" will add substantial audience via time-shifting -- "Grimm" first-runs are growing by +86% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.23 to a 2.29) and more than 2.7 million viewers overall (5.0 million to 7.7 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
· "Dateline NBC" (1.1/4 in 18-49, 5.3 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET) tied for #2 in the slot among the Big 4 networks in adults 18-49, women 18-49 and women 18-34.
· L+7: Friday's "Dateline" is increasing by +24% in 18-49 rating (from a 1.24 to a 1.54) and 943,000 viewers overall (6.1 million to 7.1 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.1/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.4/4 with an encore delayed by Masters golf coverage; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/4 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.2/6; "Late Show," 0.2/1 with an encore delayed by golf coverage; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.6/5 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden " (0.8/3 with an encore delayed by golf coverage). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show with James Corden" (0.1/1 with an encore delayed by golf coverage).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
