Friday's Broadcast Ratings: FOX Tops Demos with FIFA Women's Wold Cup

Here are the highlights of the 12 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (6/12/15):

FOX (4.222 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) was the demo champ on Friday with its primetime coverage of the "FIFA Women's World Cup 2015" (4.222 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1).

ABC (4.816 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2) then claimed the silver with its trio of "Shark Tank" (4.655 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #5), "Primetime: What Would You Do?" (4.641 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3) and "20/20" (5.151 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2).

Next up was NBC (4.374 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3) with an encore of "America's Got Talent" (4.001 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.8, #6) and a new "Dateline NBC" (5.118 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T3).

Meanwhile, CBS (4.799 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) served up repeats of "Undercover Boss" (3.843 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7), "Hawaii Five-0" (4.733 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #9) and "Blue Bloods" (5.822 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T7).

And finally, a new "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.488 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10), a repeat "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.367 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #11) and a new "The Messengers" (0.828 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #12) on The CW (1.127 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5) closed out the evening. In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), said trio posted a 0.3, 0.1 and 0.1 rating, respectively.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "CBS Summer Showcase," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3 with an encore.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.4/4 in metered-market households and a 0.5/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.0/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2 with an encore).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

NBC (5.258 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.9, #1) was the network to beat on Friday thanks to its coverage of the "NHL Stanley Cup Finals, Game 5" (5.258 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.9, #1).

ABC (5.169 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then snagged the silver with its mix of "Shark Tank" (4.458 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.0, #4), "Primetime: What Would You Do?" (5.005 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.2, #3) and "20/20" (6.044 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2).

Next up was CBS (5.124 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) and its repeat combination of "Undercover Boss" (3.997 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.8, #5), "Hawaii Five-0" (4.960 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #7) and "Blue Bloods" (6.416 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #6).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.365 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T4) served up encores of "MasterChef" (1.672 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T8) and "24: Live Another Day" (1.058 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11).

And finally, repeats of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.401 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10), another "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (1.590 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T8) and "Hart of Dixie" (0.699 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T11) on The CW (1.097 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T4) closed out the night. In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), "Whose Line" posted a 0.3 rating at 8:00/7:00c and 0.4 rating at 8:30/7:30c while "Dixie" managed a 0.1 rating.
