ABC ran in a virtual tie for #1 in Adults 18-49 with NBC (1.6/5 vs. 1.7/6) and won the night by 17% in Adults 18-34 (1.4/6). The Bachelorette was Monday's #1 TV series for the 3rd week in a row in Total Viewers.
The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All (8-10pm - 6.9 million and 1.9/7 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC's The Bachelorette: The Men Tell All (6.9 million) was the most-watched TV show over NBC's American Ninja Warrior (6.5 million) and more than doubled Fox's So You Think You Can Dance (3.2 million). The ABC unscripted series also remained dominant in its 2-hour slot with Adults 18-34 and all key Women (W18-34/W18-49/W25-54).

· On average this summer in the Live + 7 Day data, The Whispers shoots up 80% over its L+SD Adult 18-49 rating (gaining +0.8 rating point) to a 1.8 rating. The new ABC drama also adds another 2.2 million Total Viewers (+52%) after 7 days of TV playback, drawing an average audience of 6.4 million viewers in L7.

A note about DVR penetration: DVR penetration in the Nielsen sample is currently at 49% in U.S. TV Homes. As a result, the Live + 7 Day ratings are the most accurate measure to gauge the size of the TV audience.
