'RUNNING WILD' MAINTAINS 100% OF LAST WEEK'S SEASON-PREMIERE 18-49 RATING, WINS AT 10 AMONG ABC-CBS-NBC
SUMMER TO DATE, 'NINJA' IS UP +17% VS. LAST YEAR IN 18-49, +29% IN TOTAL VIEWERS
Monday Primetime Results:
· "American Ninja Warrior" (2.0/7 in 18-49, 6.5 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) ranked #1 for the night among Big 4 telecasts in in adults 18-49.
· Week to week, "American Ninja Warrior" is up +11% in adult 18-49 rating (2.0 vs. 1.8) and up +8% in total viewers (6.525 million vs. 6.065 million), to capture its top 18-49 rating since June 8 (2.1) and biggest overall audience since June 29 (6.802 million).
· "American Ninja Warrior" matched its second-highest 18-49 rating of the season to date.
· "American Ninja Warrior" is up +17% summer to date versus one year ago in 18-49 (2.1 vs. 1.8, "most current") and up +29% or 1.6 million persons in total viewers (7.1 million vs. 5.5 million).
· "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" (1.2/4 in 18-49, 3.5 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) maintained 100% of last week's premiere rating in 18-49 and is up +13% in adults 18-34 (0.9 vs. 0.8) and up +17% in men 18-34 (0.7 vs. 0.6).
· In the time period, "Running Wild with Bear Grylls" ranks #1 among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos.
· NBC ranks #1 for the night among the Big 4 nets in adults 18-49, adults 25-54 and all key adult-male demos.
In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.5/6; "CBS Summer Showcase," 1.8/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.8/5.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.0/5; "CBS Summer Showcase," 0.3/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/2.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.2/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.1/4 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 with an encore in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
