During the week of August 24, 2015, ABC's Jimmy Kimmel Live scored 8-week highs (since w/o 6/29/15), soaring over the prior week by double digits in both Total Viewers (+12% - 2.328 million vs. 2.072 million) and Adults 18-49 (+21% - 699,000 vs. 579,000).

· Kimmel grew its overall audience over the year-ago week (w/o 8/25/14) for the 2nd week in a row (+3%).

ABC News' "Nightline" ranked No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.360 million) during the week of August 24, 2015, based on Live +Same Day Data from Nielsen Media Research. "Nightline" beat CBS's "The Late Late Show with James Corden" (1.059 million) by 301,000 and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.325 million) by 35,000.

"Nightline" improved on the previous week's performance in Adults 25-54 (+1% - 492,000 vs. 485,000 on w/o 8/17/15) to deliver a 4-week high - since w/o 7/27/15.

For the 2nd week in a row, "Nightline" turned in year-to-year improvement in Total Viewers (+7% - 1.360 million vs. 1.266 million on w/o 8/25/14).

Season to date, ABC News' "Nightline" ranks No. 1 in Total Viewers (1.602 million), outdelivering CBS' average of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson"/"The Late Late Show"/"The Talk - After Dark"/"The Late Late Show with James Corden" (+253,000) and NBC's "Late Night with Seth Meyers (+106,000).

NOTE: Due NFL Preseason, CBS' "The Late Late Show with James Corden" was retitled to "The Late Late Show-JC" on Friday (8/28/15) and the telecast was excluded from the weekly averages. CBS' averages are based on 4 days (Mon-Thurs).

With its late-night lineup of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" at 11:35 p.m. and "Nightline" at 12:35 a.m. during the week of August 24, 2015, ABC grew for the 2nd straight week in Adults 18-49 (+15% - 590,000 vs. 512,000) to post a 2-month high and for the 3rd consecutive week in Total Viewers (+9% - 2.006 million vs. 1.835 million) to a 1-month high - since the weeks of 6/29/15 and 7/27/15, respectively.

· ABC posted gains over the same week last year (1.943 million on w/o 8/25/14) for the 2nd straight week in Total Viewers (+3%).
