Friday Primetime Results:
"Grimm" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 3,8 million viewers overall from 9-10 p.m. ET):
· Delivers its most-watched episode since Nov. 6, the second "Grimm" of the season.
· Grows +4% versus its fall finale last Dec. 11 in total viewers (3.794 million vs. 3.644 million).
· With its first telecast in seven weeks, equals the average 0.8 rating of its prior three episodes.
· Will add substantial viewership via time-shifting - "Grimm" has grown by +93% this season in 18-49 rating (from a 0.91 to a 1.76) and more than 2.4 million viewers overall (3.7 million to 6.2 million) going from L+SD to L+7
· Upscale: "Grimm" is capturing a strong upscale audience this season, indexing at a 121 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes ("most current" including L+3).
"Undateable" (0.8/3 in 18-49, 2.7 million viewers overall from 8-9 p.m. ET):
· Matches its highest 18-49 rating since Oct. 16 (0.9).
· Will increase with time-shifted and alternate-platform viewing -- so far this season, "Undateable" has grown by +32% in 18-49 rating (from a 0.77 to a 1.02) and 529,000 viewers overall (2.8 million to 3.3 million) going from L+SD to L+7.
"Dateline NBC" (1.4/5 in 18-49, 4.9 million viewers overall from 10-11 p.m. ET):
· Reports a new season high in adults 18-49 and its highest Friday rating since Nov. 21, 2014 (1.5).
· In the key news demo of adults 25-54, matches its Friday high (1.8) since March 6, 2015 (1.9).
· Wins the time period among ABC, CBS and NBC in all key demographics.
· Outrates ABC's "20/20" head-to-head in all key demos.
· Is the #1 newsmagazine of the night in every key demographic.
· Upscale: Delivers a solid upscale audience, indexing at a 108 among adults 18-49 living in homes with $100K+ incomes
In Late-Night Metered Markets Friday Night:
· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 2.4/6 with an encore telecast; "Late Show with Stephen Colbert," 2.0/5 with an encore; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.9/5 with an encore.
· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/4 with an encore; "Late Show," 0.4/2 with an encore; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3 with an encore.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/3 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.2/4 in metered-market households with an encore) beat CBS's "Late Late Show" (0.9/3 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49 with an encore) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/1 with an encore).
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.7/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
