DISCOVERY CHANNEL DOMINATES APRIL WITH MORE TOP TEN UNSCRIPTED CABLE SERIES WITH MEN THAN ANY OTHER NETWORK

(Los Angeles) - Discovery Channel dominated cable for the month of April, owning more top 10 unscripted cable series than any other network among M25-54 and M18-49.

Among M25-54, Discovery owned the top 3 unscripted shows on cable with DEADLIEST CATCH leading the pack as the #1 rated unscripted show on all of cable followed by NAKED AND AFRAID (#2) and STREET OUTLAWS: NEW ORLEANS (#3).

Discovery also impressively claimed April's no. 1 unscripted cable series in M25-54 & M18-49 across 5 nights of the week. Motor Mondays, a staple line-up of gear shows, claimed the top 2 spots for M25-54 with STREET OUTLAWS: NEW ORLEANS (#1) and MISFIT GARAGE (#2).

Discovery is pacing as cable's #1 network for CY16 to-date in M25-54 excluding sports, claiming more top 10 unscripted series than any other network. Freshman series DIESEL BROTHERS and STREET OUTLAWS: NEW ORLEANS also remain the year's top 2 new unscripted cable series among men.
