Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "America's Got Talent" Puts NBC on Top

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (6/13/17):

NBC (10.991 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.3, #1) claimed the top spot on Tuesday with new episodes from "America's Got Talent" (12.435 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.5, #1) and "World of Dance" (8.103 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.9, #2).

ABC (2.504 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2) then was a distant second with its mix of "Downward Dog" (3.681 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3), "The Middle" (2.782 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), "Black-ish" (2.316 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), another "Black-ish" (2.341 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), "American Housewife" (2.130 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) and "Fresh Off the Boat" (1.772 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7).

Next up was CBS (5.476 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) with repeats of "NCIS" (6.686 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) and "Bull" (5.562 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T7) plus a new "48 Hours: NCIS" (4.181 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.413 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) served up second runs of "Lethal Weapon" (1.737 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), "The Mick" (1.173 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T13) and "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" (1.006 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T13).

And finally, a repeat "The Flash" (0.846 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.2, #16) and an original "iZombie" (0.792 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T13) rounded out the evening on The CW (0.819 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5).

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.9/5; "Late Show," 0.5/3; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.5/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.0/3 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.4/5 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.5/4 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/4 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.


Here are the highlights of the 13 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks one year ago (6/14/16):

NBC (9.221 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.1, #1) was still the network to beat on Tuesday with its duo of "America's Got Talent" (11.189 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.5, #1) and "Maya & Marty" (5.286 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.4, #4).

ABC (5.291 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #2) then claimed the silver with the premieres of "To Tell the Truth" (5.428 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T6) and "Uncle Buck" (5.280 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T2) followed by second episodes of "Uncle Buck" (5.204 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T2) and "To Tell the Truth" (5.203 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #5).

Next up was CBS (6.549 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #3) and its lineup of "NCIS" (6.762 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.7, #10), "NCIS: New Orleans" (6.647 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #9) and a new "Person of Interest" (6.238 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #T6).

Meanwhile, FOX (1.976 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #4) offered up originals from "Hotel Hell" (2.558 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.9, #8) and "Coupled" (1.394 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.5, #11).

And finally, a new "The Flash" (1.047 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #12) and a repeat "Containment" (0.973 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.3, #13) on The CW (1.010 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5) closed out the night.
