Here are the highlights of the 12 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (8/14/17):
ABC (4.319 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) was the top demo draw on Monday with the return of "Bachelor in Paradise" (5.018 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) and a special "The Gong Show" (2.920 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T3).
NBC (4.977 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #2) then was a close second with originals from "American Ninja Warrior" (5.859 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2) and "Midnight, Texas" (3.214 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T3).
Next up was FOX (2.813 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #3) with another two-hour "So You Think You Can Dance" (2.813 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5).
Meanwhile, CBS (3.470 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) offered up repeats of "Kevin Can Wait" (4.156 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5), "Superior Donuts" (3.721 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8), "Mom" (3.963 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T5) and "Life in Pieces" (3.293 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T8) plus a new "CBSN: On Assignment" (2.843 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #10).
And finally, a repeat "Supergirl" (1.161 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #11) and a new "Hooten & The Lady" (0.953 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #12) on The CW (1.057 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) rounded out the evening.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 0.5/3; "Late Show," 0.7/4; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.4/3.
· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers," 1.0/4 in metered-market households; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.1/4. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/2 in 18-49; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2.
· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.5/2 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.1/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

It was another NBC (23.941 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 6.9, #1) victory on Monday with its coverage of the "Olympic Games Rio 2016" (23.941 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 6.9, #1).
Second place then went to ABC (3.875 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) with originals from "Bachelor in Paradise" (4.732 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.4, #2) and "Mistresses" (2.161 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #8).
