'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire' Hits 3-Year Premiere High in Women 25-54 And Is the Only Syndicated Game Show to Improve Year Over Year
"Who Wants To Be A Millionaire"
Based on National Live + Same Day ratings for its season premiere week (w/o 9/11/17), "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" retained 100% of its year-ago premiere in Households (1.6 rating), while jumping by 14% in Total Viewers (2.369 million vs. 2.079 million) and by 17% in Women 25-54 (0.7 rating vs. 0.6 rating). In fact, "Millionaire" was the only syndicated game show to improve year to year in the key Women 25-54 demo.
· "Millionaire" scored 3-year premiere week highs with Total Viewers and Women 25-54 - since 2014. In addition, the show drew its biggest overall audience in 6 months and delivered a 4-month high in Women 25-54 - since w/o 3/13/17 and 5/15/17, respectively.
