ABC Tops Monday with Disney Night on DWTS and Healthy Results for The Good Doctor

ABC Monday Prime (8-11pm - 10.1 million and 1.7/6 in AD18-49): Featuring "Disney Night" on DWTS and another strong turnout for The Good Doctor (TV's #1 freshman drama and top 10 o'clock show), ABC finished as the most watched broadcaster for the 3rd straight Monday (10.1 million) and ran a strong second with Adults 18-49 (1.7/6), coming within 2-tenths of NBC (1.9/7), while beating CBS by 42% (1.2/5) and Fox by 70% (1.0/3). The Network delivered a Monday season high in viewers and equaled a season best with young adults.

Dancing With the Stars (8-10pm - 9.8 million and 1.5/5 in AD18-49): From 8-10pm, ABC's "Disney Night" on Dancing with the Stars boosted the series' results week to week by 7% in Total Viewers (9.8 million vs. 9.2 million) and by 15% in Adults 18-49 (1.5/5 vs. 1.3/4). On "Disney Night," Dancing ranked #1 in its 2-hour time period with Women 18-34 and set a new season high with Kids 2-11.

The Good Doctor (10-11pm - 10.9 million and 2.1/8 in AD18-49):

Growing over its Dancing lead-in for the 4th week in a row at 10pm (+11%/+40%), ABC's The Good Doctor beat its combined drama competition on NBC (The Brave) and CBS (Scorpion) to stand as the #1 series hour for the 4th consecutive week this season in Total Viewers (10.9 million) and Adults 18-49 (2.1/8). The ABC freshman drama grew week to week by 2% in viewers and 5% in young adults

· ABC's The Good Doctor has firmly established itself as the season's #1 new drama as well as TV's strongest 10pm series in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49. The new show is delivering triple-digit time period increases year to year for ABC on Monday at 10pm in Total Viewers (+136%) and Adults 18-49 (+179%).

The Good Doctor Scores Season's Biggest-Yet Live + 3 Viewer Lift: For last week's telecast, ABC's The Good Doctor scored its strongest L+3 gains yet, skyrocketing over its L+SD numbers (10.7 million and a 2.0 rating) by +5.6 million Total Viewers and +1.6 rating points or +80% with Adults 18-49. In fact, its +5.6 million viewer L+3 increase is the biggest of the season and TV's largest for any single telecast on any network since January 2014 - since the 1/27/14 telecast of NBC's The Blacklist.
