Tuesday's Broadcast Ratings: "Roseanne" Sparks Another Demo Victory for ABC

Here are the highlights of the 16 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (5/1/18):

ABC (4.889 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) was still the network to beat on Tuesday with new episodes from "Roseanne" (10.306 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.5, #1), "The Middle" (6.101 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.5, #2), "Black-ish" (4.574 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T3), "Splitting Up Together" (3.890 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6) and "For the People" (2.230 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T12).

CBS (10.183 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) then claimed the silver with its trio of "NCIS" (12.120 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T3), "Bull" (10.321 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #T6) and "NCIS: New Orleans" (8.109 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T8).

Next up was NBC (5.689 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3) and originals from "The Voice" (7.484 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T3), "Rise" (3.831 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T10) and "Chicago Med" (5.753 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T8).

Meanwhile, FOX (2.349 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.6, #4) offered up a new "Lethal Weapon" (3.070 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T10), the season finale of "LA to Vegas" (1.795 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T14) plus a new "New Girl" (1.460 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T14).
