Friday's Broadcast Ratings: "Last Man Standing" Sparks Another FOX Victory

Here are the highlights of the 15 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (11/16/18):

FOX (3.981 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.9, #1) was the network to beat on Friday with new episodes from "Last Man Standing" (5.945 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.1, #1), "The Cool Kids" (4.389 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2) and "Hell's Kitchen" (2.795 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T4).

Second place then went to CBS (7.549 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.8, #2) with its mainstays "MacGyver" (6.228 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6), "Hawaii Five-0" (7.863 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T4) and "Blue Bloods" (8.555 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T2).

Next up was ABC (2.824 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) with fresh installments from "Fresh Off the Boat" (3.455 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.7, #T6), "Speechless" (2.582 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.6, #8), "Child Support" (2.360 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11) and "20/20" (3.092 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).

Meanwhile, NBC (2.616 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T3) served up originals from "Blindspot" (2.585 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11), "Midnight, Texas" (2.052 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T11) and "Dateline NBC" (3.212 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T9).

And finally, The CW (0.558 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) rounded out the night with new episodes of "Dynasty" (0.709 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.2, #14) and "Crazy Ex-Girlfriend" (0.408 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.1, #15).

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, ratings were: "Late Night with Seth Meyers,"1.1/4 in metered-market households with an encore; CBS's "Late Late Show," 1.2/4 with an encore. In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, averages were: "Late Night," 0.3/3 in 18-49 with an encore; "Late Late Show," 0.2/2 with an encore.

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.6/3 in metered-market households with an encore and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
