Here are the highlights of the 11 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (12/30/19):
ABC (2.529 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.5, #1) was the demo champ on an all-repeat Monday with its telecast of "Spider-Man: Homecoming" (2.529 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2).
CBS (4.204 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T2) then was the most-watched network with its mix of "The Neighborhood" (5.115 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.6, #1), "Bob (Hearts) Abishola" (4.367 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2), "All Rise" (3.685 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5) and "Bull" (4.186 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5).
Next up was NBC (2.554 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T2) with its combination of "Ellen's Greatest Night of Giveaways" (3.236 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #T2), "Manifest" (2.503 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T5) and another "Manifest" (1.925 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T8).
Meanwhile, FOX (1.670 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) offered up its duo of "9-1-1" (2.059 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T8) and "Prodigal Son" (1.281 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T8).
And finally, The CW (0.831 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.2, #5) closed out the night with an encore of "iHeartRadio Music Festival Night 1" (0.831 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #11).

NBC (4.849 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) then claimed the silver with its offerings "A Toast to 2018!" (4.568 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T4) and "NBC's New Year's Eve" (5.411 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.3, #3).

In late-night metered market ratings (via NBC's press release):
· From 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m., "NBC's New Year's Eve " averaged a 4.8 rating in households in the 56 markets metered by Nielsen Media Research and a 2.7 in 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
· "NBC's New Year's Eve" retained 92% in metered market households of NBC's most recent comparable special on Saturday, Dec. 31, 2016 (5.2), which tied for the highest rating among the 13 consecutive 11:30 p.m. New Year's Eve specials hosted by Carson Daly from 2004 through 2016.
· Last night's telecast was hosted by Carson Daly and Chrissy Teigen, along with Leslie Jones and. Lester Holt.
· Other late-night averages last night in the markets metered by Nielsen included: "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018" on ABC, an 8.3 rating in metered-market households from 11:30 p.m.-1:15 a.m. (versus the year-ago 11.2) and 6.5 in 18-49 in the local people meters (vs. last year's 8.3); and "Fox New Year's Eve with Steve Harvey," 3.8 in metered-market households from 11 p.m.-12:30 a.m. (vs. last year's 4.9) and 3.0 in 18-49 in the local people meters (vs. last year's 3.5).
· On CBS, a rebroadcast "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" averaged a 1.4/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/1 in 18-49 in the local people meters from 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. and an encore "The Late Late Show with James Corden" averaged a 0.8/2 in metered-market households and a 0.2/1 in the local people meters from 12:30-1:30 a.m.
· An encore telecast of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," airing at 12:30 a.m. ET, delivered a 1.9/6 in households in Nielsen's 56 metered markets and a 1.1/6 in 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
· At 1:30 a.m. ET, a rebroadcast of "Late Night with Seth Meyers" averaged a 1.1/4 in metered-market households and a 0.5/3 in the local people meters.
