OBX marked the spot for fans seeking TV treasures this week: Part 1 of Season 4 of Outer Banks, starring Chase Stokes, Madelyn Cline, Madison Bailey, Jonathan Daviss, Rudy Pankow, Carlacia Grant, and Drew Starkey debuted at #1 on the English TV List with 15.5M views. In the lead up to the release, fans descended upon Charleston, where the series is filmed, to celebrate the premiere Pogue-style. And with Part 2 set to release on November 7, you can expect even more opportunities to be part of the crew. P4L!

Two takes on the explosive Menendez brothers case claimed spots this week. Alejandro Hartmann's documentary The Menendez Brothers, which features new interviews with the brothers, the prosecutors, and more, debuted at #1 on the English Films List with 22.7M views. Hartmann shares how the documentary came about in The Menendez Brothers: The Official Companion Podcast. Ryan Murphy and Ian Brennan's true-crime drama Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story held strong at #3 on the English TV List with 8.7M views, in its fourth week on the list.
Fans fell in love with romance this week. Lonely Planet, the new swoon-worthy film starring Laura Dern and Liam Hemsworth, debuted in third place on the English Films List (11M views). On the English TV List, BEEF and Always Be My Maybe star Ali Wong talked all things love in her latest standup special Ali Wong: Single Lady, which debuted at #6 (2.7M views), and season 3 of the Certified Fresh coming-of-age drama Heartstopper swept into eighth (2.6M views). Season 7 of Love is Blind said "I do" to fourth (4.9M views) and the latest addition to the LIB universe, Love is Blind: Habibi, debuted in eighth on the Non-English TV List (1.3M views). The soapy drama Deceitful Love (Italy) debuted atop that list with 9.6M views.
Thrills and chills took twists and turns across the film lists. On the Non-English Films List, dystopian thriller sequel The Platform 2 (Spain) held strong at #1 (14.5M views), and the original The Platform (Spain) clocked in at #5 (3.6M views). On the English Films List, the party thriller It's What's Inside rose to #5 (6.9M views), and the buddy cop action thriller Bad Boys: Ride or Die entered the list at #4 (10.4M views).
Korea had another strong week. Period epic Uprising debuted in third place on the Non-English Films List with 7.5M views. The runaway hit culinary competition series Culinary Class Wars, which is officially cooking up a second season, chopped up #4 (3.1M views) in its fourth week on the Non-English TV List. Limited series Love Next Door claimed #6 with 2.1M views and Season 2 of Gyeongseong Creature came in at #7 (1.5M views).
