DESCRIPTION:
(from FOX's press release, August 2008) We all think we know the words to popular songs, but when there's a million dollars at stake, will contestants be able to keep singing when the music stops? Or will they be at a loss for words? In the second season opener, a roller-derby queen from Cincinnati, OH, tries to skate her way to the grand prize. She will take center stage to sing alongside the studio band as the lyrics are projected on screen, but suddenly the music stops and the words disappear. Will the she belt out the correct missing lyric, or freeze under pressure? Wayne Brady hosts DON'T FORGET THE LYRICS! airing Friday, Sept. 12 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. |
