DESCRIPTION:
(from MTV's press release, August 2011) Lingerie Football League, LLC and MTV2 today announced the return of "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football on MTV2," kicking-off Friday, August 26th at 10pmET. The 2011 season of "LFL Presents: Friday Night Football" will feature a total of 20 regular season games that will air LIVE every Friday night on MTV2 over the course of the season. The first match-up brings viewers to the city that is most regarded as the birthplace of football - Green Bay, Wisconsin - for a battle between the Green Bay Chill and arch-nemesis Minnesota Valkyrie. LFL Football features some of country's most athletic and attractive women, truly 'Gridiron Goddesses' playing 7-on-7 full-contact tackle football. This season alongside watching the LIVE games on MTV2, viewers will also be able to play fantasy football at www.LFLFantasy.com powered by the LFL's official fantasy football partner Fantazzle.com. LFL Fantasy Football is free to register and offers great weekly prizes ranging from official game balls to autographed game uniforms. |
