Premiering Wednesday, July 12, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, the new 10-episode season features real estate agent Alana and interior designer Lex as they work side-by-side to maximize their clients' budgets. In every episode, they find great deals on rundown homes and wow buyers with totally customized renovations. "Nashville's real estate market is booming," said Alana.
