DESCRIPTION:
(from Apple's press release, September 2022) Apple TV+ today announced a two-season straight-to-series order for "Untitled Vince Gilligan Project," a new series helmed by acclaimed creator Vince Gilligan ("Breaking Bad," "Better Call Saul") and starring Emmy Award-nominee Rhea Seehorn ("Better Call Saul," "Cooper's Bar") in the lead role. Hailing from Sony Pictures Television, the new series will mark Gilligan's first project following the creation of "Breaking Bad" and "Better Call Saul." It also marks the second collaboration for Gilligan with "Better Call Saul" star Seehorn, who recently landed an Emmy Award nomination for her widely celebrated performance in the series. Gilligan will serve as showrunner and executive producer. Jeff Frost and Diane Mercer also executive produce, with Jenn Carroll producing for High Bridge Productions. |
