DESCRIPTION:
(from Sundance Now's web site, April 2022) England in the 1970s was the killing ground of a seemingly unstoppable murderer the press named the Yorkshire Ripper. Ultimately convicted of 13 murders and 7 attempted murders, Peter Sutcliffe may have been responsible for dozens more. Through interviews with the victims’ loved ones, investigators, and eyewitnesses, these unsolved killings are explored by methodically piecing together evidence pointing to Sutcliffe—and showing that several men convicted of the crimes were actually innocent. |
